Thank you for choosing Cosyzz. Here you can find our delivery destinations, shipping charges, and estimated order timelines.
Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver to the following countries: United States, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, and Poland. Delivery to other countries is not currently available.
Order Processing
Preparation takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We process orders Monday–Friday during normal warehouse hours, excluding public holidays. Weekend and holiday purchases enter processing on the next working day.
Peak-season processing may require one extra day. We will contact you about substantial delays.

Understanding the timeline: Total delivery time includes order processing plus transit. Transit begins when your parcel is dispatched. All estimates above are expressed in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
These timelines are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs inspections, holiday periods, weather, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.
FedEx or UPS handles U.S. deliveries.
Tracking Your Order
We email a tracking number upon dispatch. Allow up to 24 hours for activation and 48–72 hours after the first carrier scan for updates.
If tracking is unavailable or unchanged for over 72 hours, email info@cosyzz.com. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Delivery Delays
For overdue deliveries, email your order number to info@cosyzz.com so we can investigate and keep you informed.
Cancelling an Order
Before dispatch, request cancellation by emailing your order number to info@cosyzz.com. An unshipped, paid order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Once dispatched, an order can no longer be cancelled through our pre-shipment cancellation process. Please wait for delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy to request a return.
