We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please contact us at info@cosyzz.com before sending anything back — returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted. There is no restocking fee.

Email info@cosyzz.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the item is damaged or defective, include photos or a short video.
We'll review your request within 3 business days. If approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable method. Once we receive and inspect it (3–5 business days), we'll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days of approval. Note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Email us at info@cosyzz.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping transit time.

In most cases, you can expect your order within 5–9 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders of $35 or more.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for the number to activate, and 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the first carrier scan. If your tracking hasn't updated after 72 hours or you're having trouble locating your package, email us at info@cosyzz.com and we'll follow up with the carrier within 48 hours.

The main difference is whether the mask touches your eyes. Flat masks (silk and cotton styles) rest lightly against your eyelids. The 3D Contoured and Ergonomic 3D masks use a raised shell that lifts completely away from your eyes, creating a small dark chamber — no contact with lashes, no eyelid pressure, no interference with eye makeup. If you have dry eyes, wear contacts, or simply find mask pressure uncomfortable, the 3D styles are the better choice. If you prioritize breathability and a lightweight feel, the flat styles work well.

The Larger Mulberry Silk Sleep Mask was designed specifically for side sleepers. Most masks have a strap that crosses directly over the ear — uncomfortable when your head is pressed against a pillow for hours. This mask's wider profile extends over the ear entirely, so the strap avoids the ear altogether. It also helps keep earplugs in place if you use them. If you sleep on your side and have struggled to keep a mask on through the night, this is the style to try.

Our masks are designed for maximum light blocking, and for most people in most environments they deliver complete or near-complete darkness.
The area most likely to let in light is around the nose bridge — face shapes vary, and no mask fits every face identically. Our masks include contoured nose cutouts specifically to minimize this gap. The 3D styles with their structured shape tend to seal most consistently across different face shapes.
If total blackout is critical for you (shift work, daytime sleeping, travel), we recommend the 3D Contoured or Ergonomic 3D mask for the most reliable seal.

Our silk and cotton masks are lightweight and breathable by design — most people find them comfortable even in warmer conditions. The memory foam 3D masks include air holes specifically to allow airflow and reduce heat buildup. That said, individual comfort varies. If warmth is a concern, the Larger Mulberry Silk Mask or the Light Blocking Cotton Mask are your coolest options.
